StrategyBytes proudly presents Scale Fusion, its flagship software product for weighing and labeling products and capturing inventory production.
Click Here for an in depth look at the Scale Fusion system.
Scale Fusion controls the production process to weigh and label cases in a production environment and captures this information for inventory purposes.
Scale Fusion can be configured to run with or without a scale, so exact weight products are no problem, you still get all the same easy to use features of Scale Fusion.
Operators can move from line to line and not have to learn a new process each time because Scale Fusion works the same in all scenarios. Scale Fusion uses off the shelf software like Seagull Scientific's Bartender label
software to design the label formats, so you the customer can control what the labels look like and can make changes yourself and implement them immediately with minimal down time.
Scale Fusion can integrate with existing process control systems to become a part of the overall system, controling the weighing and labeling aspect of your line.
It's companion program Data Manager is a full fledged order processing system. It
maintains Customers, Orders, Pricing, and Inventory, and facilitates assigning production to orders, prices orders, and generates
invoices and bills of lading for shipping. It utilizes scanner technology to make the shipping process fast and error free.
It also processes Lab Results and can generate COA (certificate of analysis)
reports. Scale Fusion and Data Manager are fully integrated so there is no data
entry of production, its automatically captured into the system. Daily
reports of production totals, pallet details, order demand, and product
scheduling are all available.
The third piece to the puzzle is Lot Tracker, a program specifically built to
capture the raw material coming into the production process and keeping track of
the raw material lots being used in the production process. Tracability of
raw materials into finished products is the core function of Lot Tracker.
It can use barcode technology to capture raw mateial usage and manages raw
material inventory levels as well.
