Scale Fusion

Project Overview

The Scale Fusion system is a complete traceability system for products that are either sold by weight, or are in the food industry and need to track ingredients being used, and where finished product is sold.

The Scale Fusion software system is made up of three main functions, Scale Fusion weighing and labeling, Data Manager finished goods order processing and fulfilment, and Lot Tracker raw material inventory and lot tracking. Together they provide complete one step backward one step forward traceability. Data Manager provides finished goods warehouse management, barcoding, Product COA testing, shipping documents, and invoicing. Scale Fusion provides weighing and labeling, as well as finished goods inventory data capture. Lot Tracker provides raw material inventory, production recipe lot tracking, and vendor lot traceability.
